KIDS PROGRAMS & PARTIES
We offer a large selection of age appropriate children’s programs throughout the year in both cooking and pastry and baking. We also run a number of seasonal themed classes such as Gingerbread Houses, Valentines Day Treats, and Scary Halloween Treats to name a few.

KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES: We offer birthday parties for all ages. Your child and their friends will spend 2 fun filled hours preparing and eating one of our specially designed birthday menus. We can also provide customized aprons, chef hats, and culinarily inspired birthday favors.

TEEN PROGRAMS:
TEENS 15-18 yrs COOKING PROGRAM: This is a five class program, students must register for the entire series. This 5 class full participation program is based upon our Art of Fine Cooking I course for adults. During the series students will be taught many basic cooking techniques, such as sautéing, grilling and roasting. Each class runs for 4 hours.
TEENS 11-14 yrs COOKING PROGRAM: This is a five class program, students must register for the entire series. This class introduces students to new and challenging cooking techniques, encouraging enthusiasm while teaching valuable skills through an assortment of dishes tailored to their adolescent tastes. Each class runs for 3 1/2 hours.
TEENS 13-18 yrs BAKING PROGRAM: This is a five class program, students must register for the entire series. Students will make their own pastry for fruit pies and appetizers, work with yeast doughs for cinnamon buns, bread, and bagels, bake a variety of cookies and bars, and learn cake baking and decoration with simple frostings. Each class runs for 3 1/2 hours.
TEEN PASTA CLASS: During this class the students will make various types of pasta by hand , along with a selection of fillings and sauces including cheese ravioli and tomato basil sauce. This is a 2 hour class.
TEEN SUSHI CLASS: This is a fun class for Teens ages 13- 16, that teaches them the art of sushi making. They will create their own sushi, and also make egg rolls from scratch. This is a 2 hour class.
TEEN BREAD BAKING: French Bread Bagels, Focaccia are just a few of the items that will be prepared in this class.

MOMMY & ME CLASSES: For younger children ages 3-5 years, we have Mommy & Me classes, but Daddy can come instead. These are held every other month and are age appropriate.
FAMILY FUN EVENT: These programs are designed for a child age 5-15, & a parent. The menu consists of 3 courses and changes for each class.
